MONARKO 1.jpg (12039 bytes) This page of photos comes from Paul Monarko.  Paul was an OJT Tracker who found himself in the changing early CTT Teams attached to the 25th Inf. Div.  He served with CTT #12 and 66th IPCT - and we thank him and his wife, Sharon, for getting these to us.

This is Paul with Roddy at Cu Chi.

MONARKO 4.jpg (8807 bytes) This is the Team working with the Mech.  There is a great story about Trackers and Mech COs which I'll share with you all in an upcoming Newsletter!
MONARKO 5.jpg (11252 bytes) The Team working with the 4th of the 9th Inf. Div.  Trackers were attached to various Infantry and other Divisions, but in reality, all teams were everywhere in the war theater.  There was also cross-border work which we don't "highlight", but trust me - you were there!

Here the Tracker Team had found and fixed them - and the final "f" will be applied by the support elements of the 9th Inf. Div.

MONARKO 7.jpg (8323 bytes) The VC regulars were being "softened" up by Arty after being located by the Tracker Team.  This was Hobo Woods 1967.
MONARKO 8.jpg (10413 bytes) The Team's security was coming in as the choppers landed here near the Black Virgin Mountain.  The Infantry support element isn't known.
MONARKO 9.jpg (15704 bytes) SSgt. Paul Monarko at An San in 1970.  Thank you Paul and Sharon for these great photos!
